While receiving your massage, a variety of techniques may be used to help muscles to release and relax, improve range of motion, and increase flexibility. A mixture of Swedish, Myofascial Release (MFR) with Unwind and Rebounding, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular, Myoskeletor, Trigger Point, Sports, Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Lymph Drainage, Reiki, and Energy Work may be used. It is not uncommon for an emotional release to occur or for you to possibly experience some soreness after your appointment. Drinking water, ice (if sore) and relaxation are recommended after your appoint.
